“Return To Life (Through Contrology)” is the title of Joseph Pilates’ first complete publication, detailing his physical fitness philosophy and exercise system, now known as “Pilates,” and how the world can use it to achieve physical fitness, “the first requisite of happiness.”

The nonskid backing will keep it in place. An absorbent, polyester fabric if great for any weather. The texture will help keep dirt out of the studio.
