Swakate - Unisex Pilates Tee

Swakate is a challenging series of Pilates side-facing arm and upper body exercises that was created by Joseph Pilates. It's done on the Pilates reformer, as well as other classical PIlates apparatuses such as the Small Baby Arm Chair. There are several theories about where the name "Swakate" came from, but most say it's from the Spanish word by a similar spelling that means 'to punch.'
